Wecook Unveils Second Brand for 'One by Wecook' at The Hyundai Seoul
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Simple Project Company, which operates the shared kitchen brand WeCook, announced on the 15th that it will introduce the salad specialty brand Underline at the temporary store 'One by WeCook' located in the food hall on the basement first floor of The Hyundai in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
One by WeCook is a project that supports offline sales and other activities by selecting promising new food companies that have not yet entered major distribution channels. Each quarter, it exhibits and sells products from new food startups.
WeCook promotes verified food startups' products and services and supports their market expansion. Additionally, it plans to strengthen the capabilities of tenant companies through services such as incubation, distribution strategy consulting, marketing, and branding.
The second food startup introduced by WeCook at One by WeCook is Underline, a salad brand for the athleisure tribe. Athleisure, which grew mainly in the fashion industry, has recently expanded its meaning as a trend representing a lifestyle focused on self-care through active daily activities such as yoga and fitness. Underline is a growing brand based on salads that satisfy both body and mind with ingredients and compositions tailored to the athleisure lifestyle.
