Goheung County Council Conducts Training to Enhance Integrity Competence of Local Councils
Cultivating Integrity Leadership for Local Representatives and Public Officials
[Goheung=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] The Jeonnam Goheung County Council (Chairman Song Young-hyun) announced on the 14th that on the 12th, it conducted integrity training for council members and staff at the council's small conference room, hosted by the Integrity Training Institute.
The integrity training was conducted with the aim of establishing a trustworthy image of local councils as leaders of the local community and representatives of residents, and to enhance the integrity capabilities of local councils.
Two professional instructors from the Integrity Training Institute were invited to conduct the training. The main content included legal education on the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, the Anti-Graft Act, and the Code of Conduct for Local Council Members, along with a leadership special lecture that combined the integrity leadership required of local council members with various themes such as humanities and historical figures.
