The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business announced on the 14th that Kim Jong-Young, CEO of Youngil Hwaseong, a small and medium-sized enterprise representing the domestic silicate sector, has published "The Path to Becoming a Strong Small Business."

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Junhyung] The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business announced on the 14th that Kim Jongyoung, CEO of Yeongilhwa Seong, a leading small and medium-sized enterprise in the domestic silicate sector, has published "The Path to Becoming a Strong Small Business."
CEO Kim, born in 1933, joined a sodium silicate manufacturing plant in the 1960s where he learned production technology. After founding Yeongilhwa Seong in 1979, he devoted himself to research and development and currently holds about 10 invention patents and intellectual property rights.
In his newly published book, "The Path to Becoming a Strong Small Business," CEO Kim presents methodologies for small and medium-sized enterprises to not only achieve continuous growth but also establish a stable development foundation amid the rapidly changing Fourth Industrial Revolution era.
Specifically, Part 1 discusses the necessity of fostering strong small businesses, Part 2 explains the status and growth strategies of strong small businesses in Germany and Japan, Part 3 covers growth strategies for strong small businesses, and Part 4 includes content on sustainable growth and development strategies for strong small businesses.
