Daekyohyeop Cancels Offline Event of 'Early Admission College Information Fair'
Scheduled for the 21st-24th but canceled due to COVID-19 impact
Only the online expo event will be held from the 21st
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The Korea Council for University Education (KCUE) announced on the 14th that it has canceled the "2022 Academic Year Early Admission University Information Fair," which was scheduled to be held from the 21st to the 24th at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
KCUE decided to cancel the event considering the safety of examinees, parents, and university admission officials due to the continued spread of COVID-19 and the elevation of social distancing measures to Level 4, in accordance with quarantine guidelines.
The fair was planned to be held simultaneously online and offline with participation from 150 universities. KCUE has decided to hold the early admission university information fair online only.

From the 21st to August 13th, KCUE's university admission information portal "Eodiga" will provide university admission briefings, evaluation criteria, admission characteristics, score analysis, and one-on-one consultations.
