Through this partnership, the two companies plan to support the digital transformation of small business owners by integrating KT's artificial intelligence (AI) and big data services into the Korea Simple Payment Promotion Agency's small business simple payment service, "Zero Pay."
First, KT's big data commercial district analysis service, "Jalnagage," will be provided on the Zero Pay merchant app. Jalnagage is a service that offers information such as the floating population around a store and customized commercial district analysis through KT's big data analysis.
Additionally, the "KT AI Call Assistant" service, scheduled for release in the second half of the year, will be applied to Zero Pay merchants. The KT AI Call Assistant is a service where AI answers calls on behalf of store owners to assist with simple tasks such as reservations, expected to reduce simple tasks for small business owners and improve store operation efficiency.
The two companies plan to continuously enhance AI and big data services for small business owners through strategic cooperation in the future.
