Carrier Air Conditioner explained that for products within the free warranty period, all materials can be replaced free of charge, and for parts replacement during the paid warranty period, 50% of the parts cost will be supported. This service can be accessed through Carrier Air Conditioner's official website and customer center.
Starting from the morning of the same day, Carrier Air Conditioner will begin the service in Iksan City, Jeonbuk Province, and Jindo County, Jeonnam Province, the first areas affected by flood damage this year. In particular, Jeollanam-do is discussing the declaration of a special disaster zone due to the extensive damage caused by heavy rain from the 5th to the 6th.
