Hanwha Investment & Securities Establishes ESG Committee
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Hanwha Investment & Securities has established an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Committee.
Hanwha Investment & Securities announced on the 12th that it established the committee following a board meeting on the 9th.
The ESG Committee approves and oversees the establishment and implementation of Hanwha Investment & Securities' ESG strategies and policies.
The committee consists of three members: outside directors Hyungtae Kim and Wonyong Kim, and inside director Jongsuk Han. Hyungtae Kim was appointed as the chairman.
