Music Festival for People with Developmental Disabilities, Registration Open Until the 13th of Next Month
Applications for performance teams to participate in the National Music Festival for People with Developmental Disabilities will be accepted until the 13th of next month. Teams must consist of two or more members performing classical or practical music, with no age restrictions. Participants can download the application form from the official Heart Heart Foundation website and submit it via email. Now in its 5th year, the National Music Festival for People with Developmental Disabilities is hosted by the social welfare organization Heart Heart Foundation and jointly sponsored by SK Innovation, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, SM Entertainment, and the Korea Cable TV Broadcasting Association.

This year, considering COVID-19, the festival will be held online as it was last year, with the final competition scheduled to take place at Yonsei University on September 29. The schedule may change depending on the COVID-19 situation. The grand prize-winning team will receive a cash prize of 10 million won and the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award, while the first prize, excellence prize, and encouragement prize winners will share a total prize money of 20 million won and performance opportunities.
