Tmon Introduces Collaboration Tool 'Sweet'... Also Provides to Partner Merchants "Contributing to Digital Transformation"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] TMON is implementing the employee productivity platform 'Swit' company-wide to foster an organizational culture that encourages voluntary participation and collaboration.
Swit Technologies, the operator of Swit, will collaborate not only to enhance work efficiency but also as a strategic partner supporting the digital transformation of small merchants on the platform.
On the 8th, Jang Yoon-seok, co-CEO of TMON, stated, "We have decided to join hands with Swit, which was created with a philosophy of igniting employees' spirit of challenge and entrepreneurship and celebrating growth and adaptation together as an innovative culture."
He also said, "TMON and Swit will become win-win players who share the success of partner companies participating in the commerce ecosystem," adding, "We plan to provide Swit licenses to TMON's merchant partners for access to TMON's commerce insight data and various brand consulting services."
Swit is a collaboration tool that integrates communication and task management functions with all features of Google Workspace and MS Office 365, including email, file management, calendar, conference calls, and documents. It has rapidly grown, being adopted by over 37,000 companies in 184 countries within two years of its launch.
TMON expects that adopting Swit will not only improve collaboration efficiency but also help members share a unified goal and vision.
