Korea Simulation Technology Hosts Intensive Training Program for Future Automotive Innovation Talent
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Korea Simulation Technology (KOSTECH), a computer-aided engineering (CAE) specialized company, announced on the 6th that it will hold the '2021 Future Automotive Innovation Technology Youth Talent Intensive Training Project.' This program will be conducted at the Korea Polytechnic University Technology Innovation Park.
Korea Simulation Technology is a partner of Hyundai Motor Company in the field of computer-aided engineering. To cultivate a small elite group of about 20 talented individuals, the program plans to offer ▲Understanding of the vehicle development process ▲CAE application cases and future trends in the automotive industry ▲Understanding automotive models and practical training on regulatory interpretation. The training will continue until August 31.
The company stated, "This training is a great opportunity for young talents to build an excellent portfolio related to future vehicles," and added, "We expect it to help provide a stepping stone for employment at automotive OEM companies and partner firms after completing the training."
Lee Hyung-joo, CEO of Korea Simulation Technology, said, "Starting with this training program, we will continuously nurture field-customized professionals specialized in CAE," and added, "Through this, we aim to strengthen corporate capabilities and establish a talent pool of core personnel for VPD (Virtual Product Development) in the long term."
