[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Miryang City in Gyeongnam is recruiting clubs to participate in the 'Miryang Arirang Club Support Project' to revitalize and expand the base of Miryang Arirang.
Support areas include literature, music, fine arts, dance, theater, and any genre. Amateur cultural and artistic clubs composed of 10 or more members who can express Miryang Arirang are eligible to apply.
Through screening, 20 clubs will be selected and each will receive 1 million KRW for instructor fees.
The screening criteria prioritize the relevance to Miryang Arirang and the suitability of the project. Clubs must submit an activity plan and an instructor lesson plan to the Culture and Arts Division of Miryang City Hall by the 9th.
The selected clubs will carry out activities for the development of Miryang Arirang until the end of November and can participate in the year-end joint presentation of Miryang Arirang clubs to promote their activities.
For detailed information and application methods, refer to the announcement posted on the city hall website or contact the Arirang Promotion Officer at the Culture and Arts Division.
