Maston Investment Management Conducts Orientation Training for 1st Batch of New Public Bond Employees

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Maston Investment Management announced on the 6th that it conducted an orientation training for the first batch of new employees (recruitment-type interns).
In April, Maston Investment Management publicly recruited recruitment-type interns for the first half of the year targeting graduates and prospective graduates from four-year universities both domestically and abroad. A total of 10 people were selected, and after receiving orientation training by this day, they are scheduled to be assigned to their respective departments.
During the orientation training, CEO Daehyung Kim emphasized a corporate culture focused on communication and harmony, as well as ESG management. In addition, introductions to each division and office, leadership training, special lectures by notable figures, and meetings with division heads and deputy heads were conducted.
Professional lectures providing practical knowledge were also held. Professor Sunghoon Min of the Department of Architecture, Urban and Real Estate at Suwon University, who serves as the chairman of Maston Investment Management's ESG Committee, gave a lecture on "Real Estate Investment, Alternative Investment, and ESG Investment." Jaehyuk Choi, team leader of the Domestic Investment Management Division 3, delivered a lecture on "Real Estate Financial Modeling." During the "Lunch Talk with Mentors" session, assistant managers and managers participated to share concerns about future career directions with the new employees.
