Korea Railroad Corporation will operate the KTX Gwangmyeong Station B Parking Building starting from the 6th. This parking building was constructed on the site of the existing B parking lot, with a scale of two basement floors to three above-ground floors, in response to the increase in users of KTX Gwangmyeong Station.
The newly secured parking spaces through the additional parking building amount to 1,807 spots. Including this, a total of 4,307 vehicles can be parked across four parking lots at KTX Gwangmyeong Station.
The parking fee is 2,400 KRW for the first 30 minutes and 15,000 KRW per day. However, when reserving the parking lot for train ticket booking or changes, parking is free for up to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, the new parking building is equipped with a state-of-the-art automated parking facility where the entire parking process is recorded on video, and floor-by-floor parking guidance and parking induction systems have been established.
Also, the linear inter-floor passageway is 4.1 meters wide, designed wider than the average width for the convenience of users.
