Chungnam Supports Online Promotion for Small Businesses: '100 Companies, Up to 400,000 KRW'
[Asia Economy (Hongseong) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Chungnam Province announced on the 1st that it will accept applications from the 1st to the 22nd for the ‘2021 Second Half Small Business Online Marketing Promotion Cost Support Project.’
The project plans to select 100 companies and provide up to 400,000 KRW per company for online promotion costs such as keyword/banner advertising, SNS marketing, online shopping mall detailed page production and product exposure, intermediary platform advertising service usage, and mobile/responsive homepage production.
Eligible applicants are small business owners according to the ‘Chungnam Province Ordinance on Support for Small Businesses.’ However, businesses excluded from small business policy fund support, luxury and speculative consumption-promoting industries, directly operated franchise stores run by large corporations, temporarily closed or closed businesses, and businesses with unpaid local taxes are excluded from support.
Applications can be submitted through the Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency’s Chungnam Small Business Support Center. Earlier, the province selected 150 companies in the first half of this year and supported their online promotion costs.
