View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Noh Hyun-song) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gangseo Police Station (Chief Ban Ki-soo) on the 30th at the district office to discover and support welfare blind spots.
Both organizations agreed that cooperation between institutions is crucial to resolving issues faced by vulnerable households and decided to collaborate for local welfare.
According to the agreement, each institution will utilize their capabilities and resources to work together on ▲ discovering vulnerable households in welfare blind spots ▲ providing on-site support visits to vulnerable households ▲ strengthening patrols in areas with a high concentration of high-risk households to eliminate welfare blind spots.
The district expects that this agreement will significantly enhance the capacity to discover and support welfare blind spots in the community and that comprehensive cooperation in each institution’s area of expertise will greatly help resolve issues faced by vulnerable households.
