The competition rates by recruitment field were △ Office Sales 134 to 1 △ IT 99 to 1 △ Technical (Facilities) 93 to 1 △ Office Sales (Veterans) 7 to 1. In particular, the Technical (Vehicles) field had the highest competition rate of 198 to 1, with 990 applicants for 5 positions.
SR conducted the entire open recruitment process using a blind method based on NCS, focusing on essential job-related elements.
