Hanwha Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase Opens Cyber Model House and Launches Sales
Hanwha Construction announced on the 28th that it will open a cyber model house for the apartment "Hanwha Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase," which is a reconstruction project of the area around 359-1 Deokcheon-dong, Buk-gu, Busan (Deokcheon 2 District), and will begin full-scale sales.
Located right next to the first phase complex, which was fully contracted within four days last year, Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase consists of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 26 floors above ground, with 795 households of exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. The general sale units total 157 households, with 64 units of 59㎡ and 93 units of 74㎡.
The complex is situated in the immediate vicinity of Sookdeung Station, and Deokcheon Station, a transfer station for lines 2 and 3, is just one stop away. Additionally, Gupo Station, where KTX can be accessed, is one stop further, providing excellent transportation convenience.
NewCore Outlet, Mega Mart, Hanaro Mart, and Bumin Hospital are all located within a 1 km radius of the complex. Elementary, middle, and high schools such as Deokseong Elementary, Deokcheon Middle, Deokcheon Girls' Middle, and Nakdong High School are within walking distance for students.
Hanwha Construction plans to arrange the apartment buildings of Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase mainly facing south and place neighborhood commercial facilities along the main road to enhance residents' convenience. A convenient parking system will be applied from the complex entrance to each building entrance, and light-guiding louvers that reflect sunlight to increase indoor brightness will be installed in all units from the 1st to the 7th floor of each building.
The first priority subscription qualifications for Forena Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase are: subscription to a housing subscription savings account for more than 24 months, being a household head with no house or only one house, and no household member having won another housing subscription in the past 5 years. Since the housing type is 85㎡ or less, 75% of the first priority winners will be selected by a point system and 25% by lottery.
The sales schedule starts with special supply on Monday, July 5, followed by first priority subscription for the local area on Tuesday, July 6, and for other areas on Wednesday, July 7; second priority subscription on Thursday, July 8; announcement of winners on Wednesday, July 14; and official contracts over three days from Monday, July 26 to Wednesday, July 28.
