Hetban Sotban is characterized by rice cooked in broth enriched with flavors from simmered mushrooms, radish, cinnamon, and other ingredients, combined with large pieces of ingredients such as mushrooms, lotus root, sweet potato, chestnut, and pumpkin seeds.
