542 COVID-19 Cases Confirmed by 6 PM... 31 More Than Yesterday
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] As the spread of COVID-19 continues, new confirmed cases were reported nationwide on the 25th.
According to the quarantine authorities, Seoul city, and other local governments, from midnight to 6 p.m. on that day, a total of 542 new confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported nationwide. This is 31 more than the 511 cases recorded at the same time the previous day.
The metropolitan area accounted for 408 cases (75.3%), and non-metropolitan areas accounted for 134 cases (24.7%). By city and province, Seoul reported 242 cases, Gyeonggi 155, Gangwon 35, Busan 28, Ulsan 16, Incheon 11, Gyeongnam 10, Gyeongbuk 8, Gwangju 7, Daegu and Chungnam 6 each, Daejeon and Jeju 5 each, Chungbuk 4, Jeonbuk 2, and Sejong and Jeonnam 1 each.
