[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do announced that as of 1:30 PM on the 25th, 15 new confirmed cases occurred since 5 PM the previous day.
By region, there are 7 in Jinju, 4 in Changnyeong, and 1 each in Changwon, Gimhae, Haman, and Namhae.
The 7 confirmed cases in Jinju were all contacts of confirmed cases within the province and were classified as numbers 5131, 5135~5140.
Among the 4 confirmed cases in Changnyeong, 3 were acquaintances of confirmed cases within the province and were classified as numbers 5130, 5133, and 5143.
One case was confirmed positive through a proactive test of foreign workers and was classified as number 5132.
The single confirmed case in Changwon was a family member of a confirmed case related to the metropolitan area and tested positive in a pre-release quarantine test, classified as number 5141.
The confirmed cases in Gimhae (1), Namhae (1), and Haman (1) were tested due to symptom onset and classified as numbers 5129, 5134, and 5142 respectively.
Among them, number 5134 was identified as a student at a middle school in Namhae, and about 100 related individuals at the school are currently being tested.
