[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] On the 24th, Changwon City in Gyeongnam held a "Handkerchief Dyeing Activity Inside Me" under the slogan "Lower Carbon, Save the Environment," organized by the Changwon City Volunteer Association.
This event is a campaign to reduce disposable products and encourage the use of handkerchiefs to protect the environment.
Volunteers prepared dyeing solutions by boiling natural dyes such as sumac and gardenia, then dyed cotton handkerchiefs, dried them, and experienced ironing and packaging.
Additionally, to protect the future of the Earth and humanity facing the climate crisis, participants personally wrote pledges to practice carbon neutrality.
