D'Live Introduces Half-Price Smart TV
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] D'Live Digital OTT Broadcasting is launching the 'D'Live OTTv Half-Price Smart TV.'
D'Live has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the small and medium TV manufacturer DLT, agreeing to provide various contents of 'D'Live OTTv' on DLT-produced 65 to 86-inch standard LED TVs.
The newly launched D'Live OTTv Half-Price Smart TV will be branded as 'D'Live OTTv' and sold nationwide starting in July through online marketplaces and display specialist companies Tachyon Global and SB Vision located in Yongsan. There are also plans to expand the TV lineup in the future.
Customers who purchase the D'Live OTTv Half-Price Smart TV can access pre-installed Netflix, Watcha, YouTube, and over 40,000 free contents provided by D'Live.

D'Live stated, "Consumers can experience a smart TV environment at a price more than 50% lower than existing smart TVs sold by large corporations," adding, "We expect this to further help the spread of smart TVs."
