Coupang "Compensation for Local Residents Affected by Deokpyeong Logistics Center Fire... Hotline Opened"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Coupang will open a support center to compensate nearby residents affected by the fire at the Deokpyeong Logistics Center.
On the 21st, Coupang announced the opening of the Resident Damage Support Center and stated that it will compensate local residents for damages caused by the fire at the Deokpyeong Logistics Center. To receive damage reports, a dedicated hotline (02-2058-8000) will be launched starting tomorrow (22nd). The operating hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
Coupang stated, "We plan to promptly review the reported damage cases so that local residents can be compensated for the damages caused by this fire."
If residents living near the Deokpyeong Logistics Center suffer damages due to the fire, they can report to the Resident Damage Support Center. Through an investigation by the committee, compensation will be provided for ▲farm damages (such as crops), ▲medical expenses, and ▲damage to assets such as vinyl greenhouses or vehicles caused by dust.
