‘Sacheon-si Indoor Swimming Pool’ Reopens from the 23rd
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Sacheon City Facilities Management Corporation in Gyeongnam announced on the 17th that the Sacheon City Indoor Swimming Pool, which had been closed due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), will reopen from the 23rd.
The corporation will limit the number of swimmers to 258 at the same time and will frequently check this every hour using a POS system to strictly enforce social distancing.
Additionally, considering the difficulty of maintaining distance due to physical contact and conversations between instructors and trainees, the swimming lesson programs will not be operated.
Upon entering the swimming pool, those not wearing masks, those with respiratory symptoms, residents from areas outside Sacheon City, and those who have entered the country from abroad within 14 days may be restricted from entering or asked to leave the facility. To minimize operations, shuttle buses will not be operated.
Operating hours are from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays, until 5 p.m. on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. On public holidays that fall on weekdays, the pool will operate from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
