[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] The Sacheon Cable Car Natural Recreation Forest, being developed in the cypress forest area of Gaksan, Sacheon-si, Gyeongnam, is in the final stages of preparation ahead of its opening in August.
According to the city on the 17th, the natural recreation forest is equipped with accommodation facilities including studio-type rooms (11 units), two-room units (5 units), and duplex units (6 units), as well as auxiliary facilities such as camping decks for outdoor camping and a camping center with washbasins and shower facilities.
Additionally, there are forest walking trails crossing the cypress forest, a forest playground, a children's water play area, and a stream foot bath area, allowing visitors to enjoy a phytoncide-rich forest bathing experience.
To provide safe and comfortable recreational facilities, lane marking work, construction of walking trail decks, and installation of safety railings on slopes are scheduled to be completed by July.
