Daegu Bank Launches Non-Face-to-Face 'DGB No-Visit Mortgage Loan' Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] DGB Daegu Bank announced that starting from the 17th, it will fully implement the ‘DGB Non-Face-to-Face Mortgage Loan (Living Stability Fund)’ through a completely non-face-to-face process.
The loan, which had been temporarily suspended due to real estate regulations and process policy changes, will be resumed through DGB Daegu Bank’s mobile banking app ‘IM Bank,’ allowing applications up to 100 million KRW annually.
With only a mobile phone registered under the applicant’s name and a joint certificate, loan applications can be made 24/7, 365 days a year via IM Bank, and even customers without prior transactions with DGB Daegu Bank can complete the application and execution in one go.
