The recruitment auditor system introduced by KEPCO KDN in the first half of 2021 for new employee recruitment aims to enhance fairness and transparency of the process by involving external interview experts and to improve issues in the recruitment procedures.
KEPCO KDN requested the external recruitment auditors to audit the entire interview process, including ▲the process of notifying applicants and interviewers for pre-assembly ▲the interview process conducted by interviewers at each interview location ▲the operation of the interview preparation room by the staff ▲the verification process of evaluation materials after the interview ▲and measures to accommodate applicants.

Accordingly, two external recruitment auditors participated in the first practical interview held from April 28 and the second interview held on May 13 for the first half of 2021 recruitment, auditing the operation of the recruitment system and interview procedures. They also assessed the appropriateness of the orientation, interviewers’ attitudes, the suitability of interview questions, interview tools, interview duration, and security of evaluation materials, sharing audit opinions on items requiring improvement. A KEPCO KDN official stated, "Reflecting the opinions raised during this first half recruitment interview, we plan to strengthen blind recruitment and secure trust in fair recruitment in the second half recruitment."
