Two of Three Suspects in Attempted Apartment Robbery in Seongdong-gu, Seoul Detained for "Flight Risk"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Two of the three suspects accused of attempting to steal valuables and fleeing from an apartment in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, have been arrested.
On the 14th, Shin Yong-moo, the chief judge in charge of warrants at the Seoul Eastern District Court, issued arrest warrants for two men on charges of attempted special robbery, citing "risk of flight."
The suspects are accused of threatening a victim and two companions with a weapon at around 4:20 a.m. on the 12th while they were returning home, following them into the residence, and attempting to steal mobile phones and valuables, but fleeing when a food delivery person arrived.
