According to Mokpo Coast Guard Station (Chief Im Jae-su) on the 11th, at around 3:17 PM on the 10th, a resident A (in his 80s) fell into a ditch while operating a power tiller on Maehwa-do, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do, and suffered a severe fracture in his left arm, a report was received.
The Coast Guard dispatched a coastal rescue boat from the local police substation, boarded the patient and guardian at Giseom Dock on Maehwa-do, and promptly transported them. They arrived at Garyong Dock on Amhae-do at around 4:25 PM and handed over the patient to the waiting 119 ambulance team.
With the help of the Coast Guard, Mr. A, who was urgently transported, was moved to a hospital in Mokpo for treatment.
