‘Leave It to Us with Confidence’ Geoje City Conducts Safety Inspections of Daycare Centers for Summer Season
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Geoje City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 10th that it will conduct on-site inspections of daycare centers in the area from the 14th to July 30th in preparation for the summer season.
Accordingly, all daycare centers in the area must conduct self-inspections within the period based on the inspection checklist. The city inspection team will conduct meal service, hygiene, and quarantine inspections at 73 daycare centers with fewer than 50 children (50% of the total), and safety inspections at 32 daycare centers (15% of the total).
Depending on the results, minor issues will be corrected immediately on-site, and in cases of serious violations, administrative measures will be taken in accordance with relevant laws such as the Infant Care Act.
