Eunpyeong-gu Hosts the 2nd Human Rights Contest
Accepting Content Submissions on Various Themes by July 20... Creating Opportunities to Promote Human Rights-Friendly Culture and Raise Human Rights Awareness
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) is actively working to raise awareness of human rights by holding the 2021 Eunpyeong-gu Human Rights Contest, open to anyone interested in human rights.
This year, the themes of the Eunpyeong-gu Human Rights Contest are divided by category. For the video and drawing sections, the theme focuses on lessons learned related to human rights during the global pandemic and the ideal state where everyone's human rights are respected.
Unlike the first contest, instead of a slogan category, the selected card news category has been set with the theme of human rights issues arising during the global pandemic.
Also, unlike the first contest, only one entry per person is allowed in this contest. Award-winning works will be utilized in human rights-related events such as human rights education, human rights festivals, and human rights campaigns.
