Consolation and Gratitude Expressed by Inviting Branch Heads of Disabled Veterans Association in Changwon, Masan, and Jinhae
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] On the 9th, Changwon City in Gyeongnam Province held a meeting at City Hall by inviting the branch presidents of the Disabled Veterans Association from Changwon, Masan, and Jinhae in celebration of the Month of Patriots and Veterans.
Attendees included Kang Samjong, president of the Changwon branch, Na Gapcheol, president of the Masan branch, and Jang Byeonggeun, president of the Jinhae branch.
The city supports various veterans' honor projects and cultural programs, including veterans' honor allowances, participation allowances, death consolation money, and other benefits as a form of respect for national merit recipients.
This year on Memorial Day, a Memorial Day commemorative ceremony was held at the Changwon, Masan, and Jinhae Memorial Towers.
