[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] The Education Committee of the Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Council announced on the 8th that during the 386th regular session, it visited five institutions including the Jinju Office of Education and the Happy Village Schools in Changwon to check their operational status and conduct on-site legislative activities.
On the 8th, the committee visited the Jinju Office of Education to check the operation status of village schools.
Next, they visited the Gyeongnam Happy Village Schools located in Changwon, the Masan Sea of Wisdom Library, and WiCafe Daon to assess the satisfaction levels of education institution users such as students, parents, and local residents.
The following day, they plan to visit the Geoje Office of Education to inspect factors related to the relocation of the Office of Education and the establishment of a new middle school in the Sangmun-dong area.
Regarding the Geoje Office of Education building, the Sangdong and Mundong areas have a continuously increasing number of middle school entrants and are the regions with the highest number of students, leading to growing demands for the establishment of a new middle school.
