Electroland Introduces Paid Leave for COVID-19 Vaccination
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] On the 7th, Electron Land announced that it will provide paid leave to all employees who receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
Electron Land offers paid vaccine leave to its employees who have received the COVID-19 vaccine, regardless of symptoms on the day of vaccination. Additionally, if adverse symptoms such as headaches or fever occur after vaccination, up to 2 additional days of vaccine leave will be provided. This policy applies equally to the second dose, guaranteeing up to 6 days of vaccine leave if both the first and second doses are received.
This COVID-19 vaccine leave was introduced as vaccinations with vaccines such as Janssen and AstraZeneca began in earnest, allowing employees to receive the vaccine without burden and comply with government quarantine guidelines. Electron Land plans to actively encourage employees to take additional vaccine leave based on their individual health conditions and any adverse symptoms to ensure sufficient rest after vaccination.
