DeMill provides paid leave for each round of vaccination. If the vaccination day falls on a holiday such as Saturday, the leave will be granted on the next working day. If an employee who received the vaccine feels even slight discomfort, an additional 2 days of paid leave will be provided. Additionally, depending on individual health conditions, employees can apply for unlimited remote work and extend their leave to ensure sufficient rest.
