Kwon Deokcheol, TF leader (Minister of Health and Welfare), stated in the opening remarks of the first meeting, "To secure a stable foundation for domestic vaccine production and supply, and further advance as a global vaccine hub, we are launching a TF composed of 10 ministries: the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Science and ICT, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, Korean Intellectual Property Office, and Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency."
