Yanolja Implements Paid Leave for COVID-19 Vaccination
Paid leave of 2 days granted to employees vaccinated... Regardless of adverse symptoms
If two doses required, total leave is 4 days... Annual leave can be restored upon use
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Junhyung] Yanolja announced on the 2nd that it will grant paid leave to all employees who have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
With the introduction of this paid leave, Yanolja employees who have been vaccinated will receive paid leave for two days?the day of vaccination and the following day?regardless of any adverse symptoms. For those requiring two doses, a total of four days of paid leave can be taken. If annual leave was used for vaccination, all used leave days will be restored.
The paid vaccine leave applies to all employees who have been informed about vaccination or have applied for leftover vaccines. Yanolja plans to provide additional leave or encourage sufficient rest through personal annual leave depending on individual health conditions after the vaccine leave.
