The broadcast will be held for 90 minutes starting at 10 a.m. on Shinsegae TV Shopping Live and Kakao Shopping Live. Viewers can find products from companies participating in the global movement to reduce plastic and save the planet all in one place. The broadcast will feature eco-friendly clothing from BYN Black Yak’s global outdoor brand Black Yak, the eco-friendly outdoor lifestyle brand NOW, and golf wear brand Hillcreek, as well as beauty products from Hop Ecobeauty, which is gaining attention for its low-carbon product packaging.
The clothing is made from Plusstic, an eco-friendly material developed by BYN Black Yak by establishing a domestic PET bottle resource circulation system. Plusstic has attracted attention for addressing the issue that most recycled fiber raw materials used in Korea relied on imported PET bottle materials. Products such as the Black Yak BAC Doota 2 T-shirt, Hillcreek front point collar T-shirt, and NOW Plusstic crew neck short sleeve T-shirt will be available at up to 56% off exclusively during the broadcast.
Hop Ecobeauty uses EWG Green grade ingredients in all its products. Additionally, its product containers apply bio-based plastics containing more than 30% extracts from sugarcane, corn, and wood, reducing carbon emissions. During the broadcast, 10 products including Hop Ecobeauty’s representative items, the 100% biodegradable cleansing & peeling pads and pure natural soap bars, will be sold at up to 30% discount.
