Prosecutor General Kim Oh-soo said, "I feel a heavy responsibility rather than joy in being appointed during difficult times," and pledged, "Since the authority of the prosecution comes from the people, I will create an opportunity to transform it into a 'people-centered prosecution' with the mindset of serving the people."
Meanwhile, when President Moon mentioned, "I understand that Prosecutor General Kim's son was born in Hwacheon, Gangwon Province, and his daughter in Jangheung, Jeollanam-do," Kim explained, "I have been transferred 23 times."
