[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] LS Cable announced on the 1st that it has introduced 'OnePick,' an online business-to-business (B2B) cable sales system.
OnePick is a system that allows cable distributors to check real-time inventory online, request quotes, make purchases, and confirm shipments. Previously, distributors had to communicate with sales representatives via phone, fax, and email, which took a lot of time.
LS Cable first introduced OnePick in its power distribution cable business used in apartments, buildings, and plants. After a pilot operation targeting major distributors in the metropolitan area and large cities, it plans to expand the regions where it is implemented in the second half of this year. It also plans to apply the system to other cable businesses such as communication and industrial equipment cables beyond the power distribution cable business.
An LS Cable official said, "Distributors who used to take half a day to check inventory can now do it in one minute, and they can immediately know the shipment status. We expect to strengthen competitiveness and increase market share through OnePick."
