Homeplus Introduces COVID-19 'Vaccine Leave'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Homeplus announced on the 31st that it will introduce 2 days of paid leave for employees who have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
If any adverse reactions occur after vaccination, an additional 1 day of paid leave per dose will be granted without the need to submit separate documents such as a doctor's note. For vaccines requiring two doses, such as Pfizer and AstraZeneca, this means a total of 4 days of paid leave without using annual leave.
This vaccine leave applies to employees who have received vaccination guidance as well as those who have applied for leftover vaccines (canceled reservation vaccines).
