Hadong Daesong Industrial Complex, Industrial Facility Land Officially for Sale
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Heo Seon-sik] It was announced on the 28th that industrial facility sites within the Daesong Industrial Complex in the Hadong District of the Gwangyang Bay Area Free Economic Zone will be offered for sale.
The industrial facility sites being developed consist of 13 lots totaling 809,791㎡, with a sale price of 256,347 KRW per ㎡, and applications for occupancy will be accepted until June 3.
The Daesong Industrial Complex has added additional business sectors (food manufacturing and other power generation industries) to reflect diverse tenant demands, aiming to attract companies and diversify industries. With a construction progress rate of 98%, the site completion is imminent, and as the nearby Gwangyang Bay Area Yulchon 1st Industrial Complex is virtually sold out, inquiries from companies seeking alternative sites are increasing.
Although the development of the Daesong Industrial Complex had been sluggish due to the previous developer's lack of business capability, Hadong County, which was a joint project executor, secured land ownership and was designated as the sole project executor, concentrating administrative efforts to accelerate investment attraction and complete the development project.
