[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] A story about a car owner who left their car blocking the parking lot exit because the parking fee was too high has sparked public outrage.

The author began by saying, "This happened today," and explained, "(The car owner) is blocking the parking lot exit and not moving the car."
They continued, "They said, 'I got a massage and the parking fee came out too high,' and 'I called the office but they didn't answer, so I just left the car,'” adding, "Even when the police told them, 'You can't park your car here like this,' they responded, 'Why not?'"
