Harim Releases 'Hanpan Grilled Chicken Neck Meat'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Comprehensive food company Harim launched the ‘Hanpan Dakmoksal Gui’ on the 26th.
'Hanpan Dakteuksubu Dakmoksal Gui' is a product made by seasoning only the neck meat part of Harim’s antibiotic-free certified chicken with domestically produced sun-dried salt.
The chicken is individually quick frozen using the IFF (Individual Fresh Frozen) technique at below -35℃ for 40 minutes to maintain fresh meat quality and minimize any unpleasant odor. The product is sold nationwide at Lotte Mart for 5,980 KRW per pack.

Meanwhile, Harim previously released 'IFF Hanpan Buldakbal Bokkeum Gochujang Mat', spicy seasoned boneless chicken feet, and 'IFF Hanpan Dakttongjip Bokkeum Sogeum Gui', grilled chicken gizzards with a savory flavor. Harim plans to continuously expand its product lineup utilizing special chicken parts.
