Providing Mock Experience Venues, Analysis Reports of Experience Results, and Close Support Including AI Interview Consulting and Special Lectures
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it will officially operate non-face-to-face employment support services such as AI interview experience and AI competency tests starting from the 24th, in line with the recently changing recruitment trends. The service will support non-face-to-face interview services for 10,000 job-seeking youths residing in Seoul (aged 15 to 39) and provide comprehensive support including interview consulting and employment counseling based on the results.
Seoul provides participants of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and competency tests with result analysis sheets that objectively identify individual strengths and weaknesses, competency levels, and job suitability. Based on this, comprehensive employment support services are offered to prepare for non-face-to-face recruitment, including one-on-one employment counseling, mentoring by current professionals, and AI recruitment special lectures.
Additionally, to facilitate youths taking non-face-to-face interview screenings such as AI interviews, Seoul has newly established AI interview experience rooms equipped with laptops, microphones, and lighting, creating a support system where on-site interview consulting and employment counseling are possible. AI interview experience and AI competency tests can be applied for on the website starting from the 24th, and participants receive experience coupons. Any youth aged 15 to 39 residing in Seoul can participate free of charge.
Besides non-face-to-face recruitment support programs like AI competency tests, Seoul operates over 60 Seoul Job Cafes to support young job seekers, providing various employment support services tailored to youth demand, such as one-on-one employment counseling, mentoring by current professionals, intensive consulting, study mentoring, and study room rentals.
