[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Seon-gap) has published the "Gyeopchi Gwangjin 1st Term White Paper," which documents the activities of the first term of the Gwangjin-gu Cooperation Council over the past two years.
This white paper was produced to conclude the first term of the Cooperation Council, recording the process of public-private cooperation efforts and sharing the results with the residents.
The white paper consists of 92 pages and is organized into sections including ▲Talking about Cooperation Gwangjin ▲Finding Agendas ▲The World We Changed ▲Records of Public-Private Cooperation during the Pandemic.
In particular, the section "The World We Changed" introduces projects that were actually implemented through the agenda discovery process, and "Records of Public-Private Cooperation during the Pandemic" covers how the public and private sectors joined forces to overcome COVID-19.
Additionally, it introduces various attempts to develop cooperation, an easy-to-understand webtoon about cooperation, the ordinance for cooperation activation, and the operational regulations of the Cooperation Council.
The Gyeopchi Gwangjin 1st Term White Paper will be made available at community service centers for easy access by residents and can also be found on the Gwangjin-gu Office website (Gwangjin Introduction - District Promotion - Publications).
Mayor Kim Seon-gap said, "The first term Cooperation Council, which took its first step in May 2019, achieved various results as residents and administration put their heads together and pooled their wisdom. We will continue to promote practical and beneficial projects that can gain residents' sympathy based on active communication administration."
Meanwhile, this month, the district newly organized the 2nd term of the Gwangjin-gu Cooperation Council, which will operate various cooperation projects with committee members for the next two years.
Also, on June 16-17, a two-day event called the "2021 Gwangjin-gu Cooperation Public Forum" will be held, where any resident can discuss cooperation and propose projects.
