KDB산업은행, 2021 KDB NextOne 3rd Batch Startup Recruitment
Application Deadline Until the 31st
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Korea Development Bank (KDB) announced on the 13th that it has started recruiting for the 3rd batch of KDB NextOne and plans to select participants by June and conduct a 5-month incubation program at Mapo Front1 starting in July.
Startups interested in participating can find application documents and guidelines on the KDB website and the NextRound online platform's notice board. Applications can be submitted via email until the 31st of this month.
Selected companies will receive support not only for office space but also tailored mentoring and business linkage to foster substantial growth. Through organic connections with existing venture platforms currently operated by KDB, such as KDB NextRound (investment attraction support) and NextRise (business cooperation support), participants will receive step-by-step and customized assistance.

The 15 startups in the first batch of NextOne, launched in July last year, have achieved numerous business results including business partnerships and patent applications, as well as creating new jobs. Notably, eight startups from the first batch successfully attracted a total investment of 7.2 billion KRW. The 15 startups selected for the second batch of NextOne in January are currently participating in various programs such as mentoring for Southeast Asia market entry support, customized growth strategy consulting, and the NextOne Special Round. They will also share incubation outcomes and conduct business model presentations (IR) at the demo day held during NextRise (June 28-29).
