Shin Young Securities announced on the 13th that CEO Hwang Seong-yeop held a real-time remote 'Town Hall Meeting' with all employees. It is said that CEO Hwang personally proposed the event to commemorate the opening of a newly established broadcasting studio aimed at strengthening digital marketing. The Town Hall Meeting is an event derived from public meetings where local residents gather in the United States.
The event, which lasted about an hour and was hosted by two male and female employees at the Shin Young Securities broadcasting studio, was broadcast live via social networking services (SNS) not only to the Yeouido headquarters but also to sales branches nationwide.
Employees asked the CEO questions in real time through SNS regarding the company's vision, innovation direction, and compensation.
