"Trump Daughter-in-law and Daughter Had Inappropriate Relationships with Secret Service Agents"
[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] Allegations have emerged that former U.S. President Donald Trump's ex-daughter-in-law and daughter had inappropriate relationships with Secret Service agents.
The British Guardian reported on the 11th (local time) that Carol Leonnig, a Washington Post reporter, obtained a copy of her upcoming book next week titled "Failure Zero: The Rise and Fall of the Secret Service," revealing these claims.
In the book, Leonnig stated, "Vanessa Trump, who was the wife of Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of former President Trump, began dating one of the agents assigned to the family."
Vanessa Trump divorced Donald Trump Jr. in March 2018. Leonnig explained, "The agent in question was not Vanessa Trump's official bodyguard at the time, so he was not disciplined."
It was also reported that Tiffany Trump, the youngest daughter of former President Trump, spent an unusually large amount of time with a Secret Service agent after breaking up with her boyfriend.
Leonnig said, "Senior Secret Service officials began to worry about how close Tiffany Trump was with a tall and handsome agent."
Secret Service agents are prohibited from having personal relationships with those they protect. Leonnig said, "Tiffany Trump and the agent said nothing happened, but due to the nature of the agent's duties, they had to spend time alone." She added, "Eventually, another agent was assigned to Tiffany Trump."
