He also mentioned that the shareholder-friendly management stance will be firmly maintained even after the split. CFO Yoon said, "The dividend for the surviving company this year will be maintained at a similar total amount as last year, regardless of the split," and added, "As the leading wired and wireless company in South Korea, with 5G achievements becoming fully realized and cash flow expected to improve, we will establish and implement a shareholder return policy that can be delivered to shareholders."
